3-Uplifted leg should be placed close to thigh & be in a straight line
4-Balanced leg should be perpendicular to ground with parallel body.

judgment in final posture
1-Intergripped with twist & twine arms along with straight back
2- Always focused on alignment.
3- Position of the neck should be normal ,aligned shoulder in a plane
4-balanced leg should be straight. And knee must be placed on the front
,lifted and cross leg knee patella must be on Achille tendon
5- Body must be straight like neck head spine twist& twine hands ,both the
knees all must be in a straight line

2-.elbows must not cross the big toe.
3- Position of the neck should be front faced ,aligned shoulder in a plane
4-Balanced leg should be straight. And knee must be placed on the front
of sternum ,lifted and reverse lucked leg knee must be in the line of
shoulder and twined wrist.

mudra biceps should close contact to ear pinnae .
3- Position of the neck should be normal ,aligned shoulder in a plane
4-balanced leg should be straight. And knee must be placed on the front
,lifted leg.

4-balanced leg should be straight. And knee must be placed on the front
,lifted and anchored leg knee patella must be on top

• Either of the hand should hold the supporting leg.
• Knee extension.

Lifted leg laterally, drooped ribcage, hyper extension of head, twist ed to side wise
balanced leg cupped grip to ground & tibia - fibular inward rotation to obtained the

During judgment in final posture
Leg must be in split of 180° or more. But be in a line
• Knee extension.
• Firm grip on extended leg.
• One hand grip on knee from inside.
• Head in contact with the extended leg.
• Face facing forward.

Sometimes guys kept lone hand so cleverly that on shade form for balance

Vamanasana
SHOULD MINUTLY WATCH ON THE POINTS FOR EVALUATION During
judgment in final posture
1-Gripping of uplifted leg toe from the dorsal side of the sole with
straight knee, leg should not be twisted from pelvic grigle

the front lifted leg .

• Supporting leg in straight line to the floor.
• Another leg bend at knee & heel in contract with the thigh.
• Stomach, chest & forehead in contact with the supporting
leg.
• Both hands firmly griped on another toe

During judgment in final posture
Any leg should block on the lateral side of the waist.
• Knees and elbow extension.
• Both hand firm on ankle.
• Head between the hands.

Viparit-DandayamanTripurasana
SHOULD MINUTLY WATCH ON THE POINTS FOR EVALUATION
During judgment in final posture
1-Body alignment kept in mind it should not bow it should be
in a straight line.
2-Uplifted leg must not be rotate inward
3-crown must be in contact with hamstring.
4-Lifted leg’s toe must be in plantarflexion

• Knee extension of the supporting leg.
• Head in contact with tibia-fibula,
* There should no gap in reversed locked toe with hip and spine
