2. Assumptions & Dependencies
The Agency shall provide existing documentation of the application and requirements on the Day 1 of the engagement.
The Agency shall provide access to the existing applications and office premises on the Day 1 of the engagement.
The Agency shall ensure the availability of the right teams during discussions/meetings to ensure complete support throughout.
All Project Management tools (like JIRA, ticketing system) shall be leveraged from the Agency.
The current effort and cost estimates have been provided based on the information provided in the ITT document and our
understanding of the ask. We plan to revisit our estimates and cost the assessment of actual applications and scope.
All the signoffs shall be provided by the Agency at appropriate stages before the commencement of the next stage.
The Agency shall assign a full-time program manager and product owner for this engagement.
We assume that external & internal applications / services provide standard interfaces for integration.
Integrated environment during development phase will be made available.
The Agency shall provide test data required during testing.
All the onboarding processes/logistics shall be completed by the Agency prior to Day 1 of the engagement to avoid any delays.
These include access cards, email id creation, access to internal applications etc.
