Responsible for assigning housing to all new employees assigned to my location
throughout the season. Inform new employees of when and where their training will be
once they arrive.
Manage a team of resident coordinators and dorm custodians who ensure that all
employee housing areas are clean.
Depending on severity, I work with the Area HR Manager, the National Park Service, and
the security team to address any issues and concerns that may arise in the employee
dormitories including but not limited to noise complaints, missed work shifts, illness,
harassment, and violence.
Keep track of all employees assigned to our location at any given time as well as their
absences from work and any terminations that occur throughout the season.
Recruiter – Human Resources

Screened and interviewed applicants for Human Resources management positions with
the company.
Screened, interviewed, and hired applicants for other positions including food and
beverage, housekeeping, and human resources. Referred them to another recruiter or
department manager if they were seeking a position in a department I did not hire for.
Responded to any questions or concerns new applicants had about the job, including
pay rate, what items they need to bring, what the housing is like, the general
community, activities around the area, etc.

Supervised multiple dormitories of employees on a daily basis. Acted as the go-between
for employees and human resources by ensuring that rules were being followed while
maintaining a friendly and professional relationship with the employees.
Maintained employee safety through monthly building inspections, room inspections,
and fire drills, reporting any issues to the appropriate department.
Maintained the upkeep of the employee dormitories through daily cleaning of common
areas and restrooms.

Server Assistant - Cleaned, set, and reset tables for guests coming into the restaurant.
Refilled water, brought extra utensils and condiments to guests, and helped the server
bring out food to tables with large orders.
Host - Greeted, seated, and took reservations for guests.
Pantry – Prepared all cold menu items and deserts that were served to guests. Operated
& maintained buffets of varying sizes.
Employee Cafeteria Server – Served food to employees, ensured the employee dining
area was as clean as possible at all times during service.
