Promoted from part-time server to Head Wait with training responsibilities within 6 months of working at Pappasito’s,
and was promoted to Bar Tender after another 3 months.
I manage all the cash I receive from my table while serving, I’ve held on to at least $200 at times, which I must keep
track of till the end of my shift to turn in. If I were to loss the cash,I would be responsible for it disappearing.
Instruct incoming servers to the Pappasito’s standards and procedures we hold as a restraint. There are 5 days of training
for becoming a server, and I train day 1 and 5. On day 1, the trainee shadows me and gets a feel of the standards we have.
Then on day 5, I shadowthe trainee to make sure he is achieving the standard.With in a month I will usually train 2
different people.
Responsible for the collection and accountancy ofall cash at close of business as a Head Wait. Cash, range from $500 to
$1000, is then be submitted fully counted and organized to the manager of that shift for verification.
Accommodate multiple customers during peak hours of bar operation requiring spatial awareness and memorization of
