• Creation of CR and completion of AT with other operator.

• Health Check Up and Taking AP/CP backup of the all MSC Server and BSC and TRC.
• Working Experience on Ericsson 3G like WCDMA RNC (3810/3820) and Node B
(3000/6000 family).
• Good knowledge of GRAN/WRAN Nodes, core nodes and BSC/RNC operation.
• Strong Technical Support to the Customer regarding RNC and BSC operations.
• Daily O&M Routine Check the Alarm Log and operation maintaince of BSC , RNC(3G),

• To look on the daily OMC-R statistics to find out the most problematic sites – Traffic

• Check the SPG link Status, Health Check for APG40, RNC and MSC SERVER. Check
Group switch status .
• Adding all the parameters to the new BTS sites and defines parameters for EDGE.
• Commissioning of RNC (RADIO NETWORK CONTROLER) and node B (3922), HUB,
SUB HUB.
• Performed Addition, Deletion & Modification of different Control Parameters for cell
Sites (3G-2G) through the MO scripts and related operations.
• NODE B define and monitoring & physical media testing through RNC Trouble
Shooting & Commissioning of NODE B. Node B creation in RNC. Hand over
definition b/w GSM and WCDMA. Physical media routing from RNC to HUB, SUB
HUB & NODE B .
• Well versed with WCDMA interfaces (ATM) platform. Configuration, Management in
BSC and RNC.
• Configuration Management etc. which includes Database creation, addition &
Deletion of OMCR entities e.g. BSC, TCU, BTS, TRX, ADJ Cell, PCMA, etc.

4. • BSC fault maintenance & alarm monitoring- Check the CP Error Record, Check the
RP Error record, Check the status of the Alarm Interface.

• Operation, maintenance & troubleshooting of BSC, BTS, Power Plant & Minilink.
• Replacing hardware’s such as cards (DRX, P.A, COMBINER, CPCMI, DDM, RM, ICM
etc).
• VSWR Measurement using Agilent meter.
• Sending daily Reports of Performance of BTS Sites.
• O&M and troubleshooting 110 BTS sites, 2 BSC etc.
• Analyzing everyday all the allocated BTS sites & checking all alarms generated in
OMC-R, SW Loading failed, Loop Test Failed/ TS SYNC fault .
• To look on the daily OMC-R statistics to find out the most problematic sites - Call
Volume, Drop rates, Traffic Congestion etc.
• Analyse the Traffic Report and Rectification of faults .Responsible for carrying out
preventive and breakdown Maintenance of BTS, DG, PP & replacement of faulty
cards, module etc in specified time frame.
• O&M of Nortel BTS and troubleshooting Siemens SRAL XD Minilink And to check
PCM for ATER, A, AGPRS and BSC health check.
• Having experience in managing & working with team of Engineers & Technicians As
A BSS Engineer.
