A Vision statement by definition is
something you want to become, to
achieve, it is a seductive image of an ideal
future – whereas a Mission statement
explains the purpose of the organization –
why it exists – it captures the
organization’s soul.

course but needs to translate itself into
more specific objectives which must of
course be consonant with the mission
statement.
