Membranes. Worked on various ‘Cost Saving’ initiatives for the division.
# While handling procurement of Vizag Steel Plant project being the biggest order recd. in the
history of the WWS division. Successfully finalized the orders for FOAK Package items under third
party consultant M N Datur Chennai like Cooling Tower, Pump house, Fire fighting system, EOT
Cranes, HT Motors, etc, Major bought out items including Imports & Fabrication of vessels, tanks

• Total value of PO finalization was to the tune of 36 Crs. The net savings achieved was Rs
1.7 Crs. The performance & overall timely execution was very much appreciated by the
senior management.
• Sourcing FAB Media from Germany having 6 times more surface area than T’max std. FAB media.
During Oct 2010 visited to Germany wherein negotiated & finalized a contract of 36 Lacs Euros
with this overseas vendor for supply of Bio-chips.
