My objective is to achieve a position with responsibility and challenge within the logistics section of a company or
organization where I could prove myself using all my work related knowledge and skills. I worked in logistics industry in
Australia until April 2012 for 8 years and I am now back to Serbia. At the top of the above mentioned I could contribute to
the company or organization creating profits to the company or organization working successfully both in a team
environment as a team member and independently on my own meeting challenges and targets. In addition I should be
able once again to further develop my professional knowledge and skills. Related with this is also achievement of my
personal as well as my family well-being.

Job description:
This position included all aspects of warehouse operations management, inventory control, purchasing, and coordination
of transport and import-export logistics. This position was an integral part of the production process and my main
responsibilities were to:
•Work closely with both the Production Manager and the assembly shop supervisors on a regular basis giving them
extremely important support in everyday successful realization of their operational plans and duties in the process of
assembling minerals processing equipment on time within the planned schedule,
•Order all component parts and monitor requirements for all of them required for the assembly operations through usage
of SAP software,
•Effectively manage warehouse operations and effectively schedule dispatch of component parts to the Production that is
the Assembly shop which means timely delivery of the parts to the Assembly shop so I was required to have good
knowledge and understanding of both the Warehouse Management principles and component parts and final assemblies,
•Liaise with both internal and external suppliers with the aim of both finding the best sources of the component parts of the
final products and monitoring the fulfillment of the contractual obligations of the suppliers in a continuous and timely
delivery of these parts to us and coordinate the receipt of these parts in the company’s warehouse,
•Plan and coordinate a large number of simultaneous work activities,
•Be responsible for both compliance with work safety regulations and for monitoring and introducing improvements across
the warehouse operations and distribution,
•Supervise, train, counsel and motivate a team of up to 20 employees and
•Run reports related to the performance, KPI, attendance, payroll, scheduling of duties and shifts, equipment and finance
using the MS Office suite of programs.

Job description:
This was a pivotal position with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction through making sure the products ordered by
the customers were distributed to them in a timely fashion and correctly achieving high customer satisfaction through
DIFOT- Delivery in Full on Time principle.
Key tasks:
• Management by direct delegation of duties to the warehouse team, mentoring and development of the warehouse
team, monitoring of realized KPIs and if necessary making important improvements. Making sure all new employees
were familiar with the workplace and their jobs and responsibilities through induction sessions,
• Inventory that is stock control realized by periodic stocktakings compared with related computer data and preparation of
reports on daily warehouse operations using IntelliTrack WMS- warehouse management system and stock reordering,

operations,
• Process improvement working closely with cross-functional teams by applying sound analytical abilities and problem

Job position: Dispatch Clerk/ broad range of automotive replacement parts
Employment period: April 2004 – October 2005
Job description:
My primary responsibility as a Dispatch Clerk with this large distribution center was to co-ordinate the incoming and
outgoing goods that is inventory and to help monitor and maintain stock levels within the distribution centre DC. In that
way I gained extensive warehousing working experience in the distribution of goods within a large DC working for this
large company because my work included dealing with inventory within a DC environment as well as experience in co-
ordination of a team. I gained detailed knowledge of DC operations as well as excellent time management, organizational
and planning skills. So, it was very important for this position that I have strong interpersonal and communication (written
and verbal) skills and in particular the ability to build relationships and show a sense of teamwork as well as
conscientiousness at work to correctly, well and timely perform all of my working tasks.

Remark:
Manufacturing Logistics Engineer. The Institution of Engineers Australia assessed my work competencies which I
demonstrated through the Competency Demonstration Report CDR as an evidence of my responsibilities at my workplace
taken in conjunction with my qualification which I gained at the Mechanical Engineering College as meeting the academic
requirement for standing as an Mechanical Engineering Technologist in Australia- ASCO code 2128-13 which is an
associate degree in Australia or an equivalent with three years of the Mechanical Engineering faculty because I also
passed 21 exams at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Nis before my transfer from the faculty to the college of
Mechanical Engineering. This assessment was done on 6 March 2003.
In April of 2007 on the basis of the above mentioned recognition of my qualification as a Mechanical Engineering
Technologist, I was enrolled on the university course of Diploma of Logistics Management, the course code is TDT51002,
at VICTORIA UNIVERSITY TAFE in Melbourne, Australia, which is an equivalent with the Serbian college course in
Logistics. I graduated in this course from VICTORIA UNIVERSITY TAFE in Novemeber 2008.
Trainings:
• Workplace training for the implementation of enterprise resource planning software SAP ERP R / 3 was
organized by the company CPG Resources – Mineral Technologies Pty Ltd from Carrara, Gold Coast, Queensland,
Australia in January 2010.
• Workplace training for the implementation of IntelliTrack WMS v6.2 with WMS RF server installation - WLAN and
interface with the software package for printing bar code labels BarTender v7.75. This training also included work
with a portable wireless radifrequency RF scanner or bar-code reader - type INTERMEC CK30. The training was
organized by the company BAXTERS in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia in November 2006.
• Licence to perform High Risk Work- Class LF for operating standard LPG counter-balanced forklift truck and
Ocupational Health and Safety (OH&S). Training and assessment with licencing was organized by CHISHOLM TAFE
in Dandenong, Australia in February 2006.
• International English Language Testing System - IELTS (General Training). I successfully passed this assessment
which was organized by the British Council Library in cooperation with the Local Examination Syndicate of the University
of Cambridge in Belgrade in February 2002.
• Training for the use of computers, computer operating system Windows 2000 and MS office applications
including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Internet Explorer. I successfully completed this training and
passed the assessment which was organized by the Faculty of Mathematics in Nis, Serbia in February 2000.
