I had the pleasure of working with David Moro from February 2015 to December 2015 at Master
Halco. Recently, the company had unexpected financial challenges which caused the plant not to
recover and close the doors.
In the short amount of time, I witnessed David put a tremendous amount of effort in organizing our
maintenance department and parts room. He worked with our suppliers daily and built lasting
relationships with our vendors that allowed the department to get needed parts in a timely manner. He
took the parts department from unorganized chaos to a functioning department. He was always
dedicated to the position and followed through on every task performed. When I hired David in
February 2015, this position was not clearing defined on how or what needed to be completed. With
very little direction or time vested by management David came in and made this project his own and
outperformed not just my expectation but all upper management.
After working with David, I feel that he would be able great asset to any company moving forward.
