It is my pleasure to recommend David Hutchinson based on his performance as a Partnership
Training Manager for Dignity Plc.
Whilst working with David he showed himself to be extremely capable at working
autonomously and achieving excellent results which were evidenced through feedback from
our corporate partners and a considerable uplift in performance.
My own experience through working with David and observing him show him to be a
knowledgeable, enthusiastic and engaging manager capable of adapting to scenarios,
audience and business need. Planning skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and
Corporate Partners simultaneously proved an asset.
David showed his capability to achieve goals independently and exceeded deadlines and
targets with little requirement for supervision. However, David also showed himself to be a

Dignity proposition and delivering these to our partners. David also showed his IT abilities
by managing and analysing data for review by senior management. David is highly intelligent
