This letter is my personal recommendation for Minko Minkov. Minko was part of HealthNet
Finance AD family since 2012 until 2015 for his years of employment, he had working in
several subsidiaries of the group. Minko was responsible for the marketing solutions and
initiatives of all of the subsidiaries he was employed in. During Minko’s experience as data
entry operator at the accounting department, he managed to evolve to direct assistant to the
accountant-general. As an assistant correspondence he was responsible for the foreign
communication of the company.
Minko has excellent communication and organization skills, proven at the various
departments he had worked in. This wide experience also supports his knowledge of the
company organization. Minko had shown strong abilities of working in intense situations, and
always organized himself finishing his work before the due dates. He is flexible and easily
suits in new teams. During his experience at the company, he showed to be quick learner and
a hard worker.
Undoubtedly Minko was a great asset to the company. Minko has informed me that he hopes
to pursue a master’s degree in Business Development, and I feel that this is an appropriate
choice for him. He had shown his managerial and creativity ambitions. Based on my
observation, he clearly has interest in this field, and based on his performance, he clearly has
the ability to succeed. I sincerely hope that his application would face favorable consideration.
