Cementitious Repair mortar
Suppliers name, :- CCCTAVJV Batching on site.
Use :- Wide variety of applications.
Storage Precautions :- No special storage requirements.
Disposal Procedure :- Dispose of as inert material, prevent dust generation.
Spillage Procedure :- Recover spilled material avoiding generating dust.
Health Effects Controls First aid measures & Emergencies
Eye contact - Eye contact with cement powder may cause
serious injury.
Wear Goggles where there is a danger of splashes. Irrigate with copious amounts of clean water. Seek
immediate medical attention.
Skin burns – cement may have an irritating effect on moist
skin and may cause serious burns.
Wear Gloves or barrier cream. Wear waterproof foot wear or
wellington boots. Clothing contaminated by cement should
be removed and washed thoroughly before use.
Wash with copious amounts of clean water.
Ingestion - May cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea Wash hands before eating or smoking. Wash out mouth and drink plenty of water. Do
not induce vomiting. Seek medical advice if large
amount is swallowed.
Inhalation - Frequent inhalation of cement powder over a
long period of time increases the risk of developing lung
diseases.
Wear mask (respirator) rated for cement dust, at all times
when mixing cement.
If irritation occurs, move to fresh air. If nose or
airways become inflamed seek medical advice.

Use :- Grout expanding agent
Storage Precautions :- No special storage requirements.
Disposal Procedure :- Dispose of as inert material, prevent dust generation.
Spillage Procedure :- Recover spilled material avoiding generating dust.
Eye contact - The dust is abrasive and irritating to the eyes
and may be capable of causing corneal scarring.
Skin – Slight irritant and may cause dermatitis. In the
presence of moisture such as perspiration it can dry skin and
cause alkali burns.
Wear Gloves or barrier cream. Clothing contaminated by
cement should be removed and washed thoroughly before
use.
Wash with copious amounts of clean water.
Ingestion - May result in irritation and burns to mouth and
stomach
Wash hands before eating or smoking. Wash out mouth and drink a glass of water.
Inhalation – The dust is harmful and irritating to the upper
respiratory tract and lungs. The materials present a hazard
from repeated exposures over long periods.
Wear dust mask at all times when mixing with cement. If irritation occurs, move to fresh air.

Eye contact
Particulates may cause irritation, which is typically
characterized by redness and excessive tear production.
Safety glasses with side shields. In processes where the
product is in contact with hot materials a face shield should be
worn.
Flush eye with clear water for several minutes. Remove
contact lens if worn. If irritation persists seek medical
attention.
Skin burns
Rheofinish may have an irritating effect on moist skin and
may cause serious burns..
Cloth or leather work gloves. In processes where the product
is in contact with hot materials thermal protection gloves,
apron and arm protection should be worn.
Seek medical attention immediately
Ingestion
May cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea.
Wash hands before eating or smoking. First aid is not normally required.
Inhalation
Frequent inhalation of Rheofinish over a long period of time
increases the risk of developing lung diseases.
Wear mask when applying Rheofinish Remove affected person to fresh air. If irritation persists
then seek medical attention.

Storage Precautions :
Storage area should be: cool. dry. Storage temperature should be controlled to between 5 and 25 °C.
Store in the original container securely closed . Keep away from foodstuffs
Disposal Procedure : Dispose of as Special Waste. Arrange for disposal via a licensed waste contractor.
Spillage Procedure : Contain and absorb using earth, sand or other inert material. Transfer into suitable containers for recovery or disposal.
