2. I lead a team of intelligence professionals supporting both spontaneous and pre-planned
operations across London (comprising approx 30 staff inc communications data officers,
OSINT researchers and intelligence analysts) I hold responsibility for the governance of
threats to life and for providing immediate intelligence support in the event of a major /
critical incident. I also oversee open source and telecommunications intelligence teams
providing information to support high risk and sensitive operations. I ensure that all
intelligence products are handled in line with the National Intelligence Model and RIPA. I

events, which may involve large scale public disorder. Enhanced training in Public order,
operational planning, rapid entry, glass entry, street surveillance, test purchase operations,
taser deployments to preplanned and spontaneous operations, plain clothes/uniform tactics,
liaison and tactical solutions and advice to borough and business group , local community
