In 2012 I secured a role with the Salvation Army, overseeing the provision of services and support
to a large group of clients with mental health issues. In general I am responsible for nightshifts,
and work autonomously to manage facilities and services.

For 25 years I was employed in a range of roles with RailCorp NSW, the state’s public sector
transport infrastructure and services provider. Between 2000 and 2010 I was employed as a
Station Manager, responsible for overseeing all day-to-day station operations.
Key responsibilities:
x Supervising station teams and ensuring the completion of all set tasks and the provision of
high levels of customer service at all times.
x Identifying opportunities for service or operational improvement, and implementing business

While completing my law degree I worked out-of-hours as a Case Worker with the Redfern Legal
Centre, supporting lawyers, other case workers and legal advisors to prepare cases and represent
clients in a wide range of legal contexts.
