Duties are to perform management of multiple new build cellular tower construction sites for AT&T
projects, to include construction / erection of the new towers, construction of site foundations,
installation of electrical systems & radio frequency systems, programming of remote electric tilt
systems, installation of antenna stealthing (hiding the antenna so it matches the existing
surroundings) and remodel existing buildings and site areas. Management of cellular site technology
upgrades for AT&T and Sprint projects which includes, installation of the new technology, electrical
systems & radio frequency systems and programming of remote electric tilt.
I manage the quality control on the site to include compliance with drawings, specifications and
national building codes, coordinating and scheduling the site construction with the subcontractors,
ensuring that the construction schedule is being met, addressing schedule discrepancies immediately
and establishing a corrective action plan with the subcontractors, and addressing discrepancies of the
drawings/specifications with the appropriate personnel.
Manage pre construction meetings with site contractors to ensure requirements, schedule, and quality
expectations are understood by all parties. I manage site inventory and procuring materials and
equipment to ensure that materials and equipment are onsite to meet the construction schedule. I
complete daily inspections of the jobsite(s) and daily progress reports to include major elements of
work completed, labor hours onsite, and discrepancies or possible changes, any testing completed,
materials and equipment onsite. Schedule all required inspections with local municipalities. Ensure
that all work is in compliance with OSHA Safety requirements.
I conduct bid walks for new site builds and assist with the bid process for upcoming projects, to
include, writing the scope of work, sending the Request for Quotes (RFQs) to the potential
subcontractors, negotiating prices and ensuring understanding of the scope of work.

Duties were to perform Construction Management for the LARICS (Los Angeles Regional Interoperable
Communications System) project, by working closely with the project delivery team, to include
contracting, engineers, construction teams, general contractors, end users, and consultants to deliver
a secure broadband LTE (Long Term Evolution) stand along secure communication network for the Los
Angeles Police Department (LAPD), Los Angeles County Fire (LACF), Los Angeles Fire Department
(LAFD), Los Angeles Sherriff Department (LASD), first responders, Homeland Security and the
independent city police departments throughout the Los Angeles Basin.
Performed design walks with include, working with the customer (LARICS & Motorola) to evaluate and
ensure constructability of the design for the site location and planned placement of the equipment.
From design walk information, work with the A&E firm to assist with site design which includes using
information developed from the design walk to complete the concept sketches, and develop the 50%
design CDs, then perform review and provide input of the designs, eliminating discrepancies and
errors, so the A&E can develop the 90% and then the 100% design drawings. Submit the 100%
drawings to the municipality to obtain the building permit.
Monitored and documented all of Phase I, pre-bid, activities to clear the property for the new build,
which includes A1 surveys, geo-tech drills, environmental, and hygienist visits. Wrote the scope of
work and created the bid sheets and material requirements to accompany the designs and
specifications prior to sending the project out for bid.
I provided support to the General Dynamics’ procurement, contracting and senior management by
evaluating and qualifying the general contractor’s bids with the scope of the site , as well as
negotiating the bids with the general contractors to ensure that General Dynamics was getting the
vest value from the general contractors. Additionally, I would ensure the contractor’s understanding of
the statement of work, scheduling, and any other requirements such as the Davis Bacon prevailing
wage requirements, access restrictions to secure locations, organizational expectations and any other
end customer agreed upon contractual requirements.
I coordinated all commercial power applications to both Southern California Edison (SCE), and Los
Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) in order to get commercial power to the sites in a
timely fashion, ensured that the customer’s power requirements were met on schedule, and
coordinated SCE and LADWP field design visits to the sites regarding the primary and secondary power
requirements and routing.
Managed the construction and quality control of LARICS sites in the greater Los Angeles Area to
include, coordinate access to sensitive areas, compliance with drawings, specifications and national
building codes, coordinated and scheduled the site construction with the contractors, ensured that the
construction schedule is being met, addressed schedule discrepancies immediately and establish a
corrective action plan with the subcontractors, and addressing discrepancies of the
drawings/specifications with the appropriate personnel.

Coordinated with LACF, LAPD, LAFD, LASD and independent city police departments to implement
changes to the design of the sites and address any concerns or questions from the customer,
validated and processed change orders along with back up documents and emails from the vendor or
the customer to our team in contracts and procurement in a timely manner as to not delay the
schedule.
Ensured that all punch list items were addressed and corrected and reviewed/validated closeout
packages from the general contractor for presentation to the customer for final site acceptance.

communication cabinets and electrical panels and cabinets, and of existing cell sites to include

I completed photo and daily site logs to report and track progress status, materials used and man-
hours onsite. I managed material ordering to ensured schedule was met, held coordination/schedule
meetings, pulled permits with the municipalities, coordinated crane lifts, maintained site inventory,
and ensured inspections are completed in order to meet the schedule.
I performed troubleshooting on problem lines and equipment for the RSSI, VISWAR, etc. I also
climbed towers and performed work at extensive heights using rigging and hoisting equipment,
performed installations for TDMA, GSM, UMTS and LTE technologies of cellular sites, tests on existing
coax antenna lines with passive intermodulation (PIM) test equipment, troubleshooting with Anritsu
Site Master, and fiber cable testing with JDSU software and testing equipment.
I have Tower Climbing Safety & Rescue, Aerial Work Platform, CPR and OSHA 10 Hour certifications.
