I have been with Lloyd's Register EMEA for 15 years as a Technical Administrator, which involves providing
administrative support to individual teams, the Quality department and the Technical Manager and liaising
with a range of internal and external clients. Prior to that I served for 22 years in catering roles in the Royal
Navy; stationed at several shore bases and on a number of ships with responsibility in catering and stores.

This position involved the following responsibilities:
 Providing basic administrative support against defined procedures
 Conducting pre-mobilisation briefings to sub-contractor personnel
 Raising quotations for potential clients
 Data entry form test certificates.
 Liaising with internal and external clients for administrative queries
2009-present Senior Administrator, Lloyd’s Register
My current role involves the following responsibilities:
 Preparing cost, time & resource estimates for potential clients
 Processing purchase orders and entering key information into an electronic register
 Maintaining cost control spreadsheets to enable monthly reports to be produced which indicate spend
against budget for individual projects
 Checking contractor invoices and presenting them for payment.
 Participating in internal audits and assisting with supplier audits
 Maintaining personnel competency records for the Technical Manager
 Maintaining internal procedures for the Quality Manager
 Managing of inspection equipment stock and calibration control system on electronic filing system.
 Receipt and despatch of inspection equipment, and carry out basic function checks on equipment
