EXPERIENCE:
Senior Cable Technician, (Noncommissioned Officer) United States Army, 2004-present
Contributed to successful completion of 130 hours of Cable and Wire Systems
Validation and Termination QA/QC.
Performed superbly at high level of competence and professionalism while serving as
Assistant Supervisor for the Fort Hood Network Enterprise Center.
As team leader was responsible for the welfare, accountability, and mission readiness
of 17 personnel, installation of Fiber optics, CAT 5, CAT5e, and the completion of
over 250 work orders.
Served competently as the Outside Plant Supervisor, ensuring proper installation,
maintenance, and upkeep of multiple cable systems, manholes, and pedestals
throughout Area IV South Korea. Resulted in proper operation of over 300km of fiber
optic and copper cable within Area IV.
Successfully installed over 80 fiber optic cable connections and tested 750 copper
cable connections in multiple rooms spanning three floors in the State Department
office at the US Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan.
Diligently conducted the installation and fabrication of the cabling and fiber optic
backbone for numerous Tech Control Facility infrastructures increasing
communication capability by 30%.

Installed over 5,000 feet of 36 strand fiber optic cable in support the North Kabul
International Airport Medical Facility, greatly improving the flow of vital information
pertaining to patients.
Supervised the completion of over 44 signal installation projects while supporting 25
organizations geographically dispersed from Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
Help Desk Technician, (Noncommissioned Officer) United States Army, 2013- present
Completed the task of configuring an Army Gold Master Windows 7 as the new
classified image through remote imaging using Windows Deployment Services (WDS)
and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) systems.
Supervised the completion over 1,520 trouble tickets for the Division Staff as help
desk supervisor, and executed the completion of over 360 images for unclassified
and unclassified laptops.
Executed the degauss, destruction, and turn-in of both unclassified and classified
hard drives worth $36,000 dollars.
