• As Project Delivery Manager I was responsible for
all Brownfield modification to the Hibiscus and
Poinsettia platforms as well as the Central Block
and Beachfield Gas processing facilities. I was
responsible for Projects in the SELECT, DEFINE and
EXECUTE phases.
• As Project Campaign Manager I was responsible
for integration and delivery of three major projects
on the Hibiscus and Poinsettia Platforms. These
being the Brownfield programme, installation and
integration of the Accommodation modules and
installation of the Hibiscus compression module.
• In both of these roles I managed a project team
comprising the following functions: HSSE, Quality,
Project Controls, Project Engineering, Engineering,
Contracts & Procurement, Operations Assurance,
Logistics, Community Liaison, Completions,
Construction and Commissioning.
• In both of these roles I was accountable for
delivery from EPCM contractors such as Fluor and
McDermott and numerous smaller contractors and
fabricators based in Trinidad and overseas.
• I managed 10 major shutdowns in these roles.

• Starfish project was a sub-sea tieback to
Dolphin platform.
• As Project Delivery Manager I was responsible
for all Brownfield modification to Dolphin
platform, as well as the greenfield Subsea
scope. I managed the Execute phase of the
project on a day to day basis. I reported
directly to the Senior Project Manager.
• In this role I managed the project team
comprising the following functions: HSSE,
Quality, Project Controls, Project Engineering,
Engineering, Contracts & Procurement,
Operations Assurance, Logistics, Community
Liaison, Completions, Construction and
Commissioning.
• In this role I was accountable for delivery from

• It should be noted that in 2010 I was the
Engineering Manager for this project.
• As Project Delivery Manager I was responsible
for fabrication, on-shore completions and
commissioning, transport & installation, off-
shore hook-up and commissioning.
• In this role I was the client management
representative on site for the fabrication of
the accommodation module at Bay’s facility in
Corpus Christi, Texas, USA.
• I was also responsible for managing the
Brownfield Team for on-shore commissioning
as well as off-shore installation, hook-up and
commissioning.
