From September 2015- Present day: Hired by Yorkshire Sheeting as a site manager helping build industrial
distribution units. Working on various sized projects throughout the UK.
From August 2013- June 2015: Worked for FK Roofing Ltd. Hired as site manager to help run on going projects.
I sub-contracted until made full time April 2014. Working on various projects around the UK.
From November 2012- March 2013:Hired by Leighton Asia LLC in Mongolia.
I was recruited to Salkhit wind farm to build the roof structure, roof cladding, edging, roof plumbing and wall
cladding to the sub-station.Some of this was my own design and also problem solving in an extreme environment
temp as low as -45c.
From January 2003 – October 2012: Subcontracted McIntyre Roofing company to Roofdec Ltd.
Recent assignments for Roofdec Limited have included the use of several types of single ply membrane. Kingspan Wall
Cladding . With Kalzip roofing (6000 sqm) at Southport Retail Park and the Ares project, Cambridge. This latter scheme also
incorporated Kalzip Roof and Kingspan composite cladding with aluminium bull nose featured cappings. Other tasks have
seen McIntyre Roofing and team assemble a Kingspan Roof with internal Twin Therm fire wall at Quinn Glass Plant in
Chester alongside building a KeyMembo Roof at Xscape Retail Centre and Ski Village, Castleford and a Tresspa clad wall at
the Eagles Shopping Centre, Derby. Wakefield Trinity walk was a major project spanning sixteen months and sixteen
different profiles including aluminium rain screens, terracotta rain screens, Tresspa rainscreen and shackley tiled rain
srcreens.
October 1996 – December 2002: Subcontracted McIntyre Roofing and team out to Proclad, Met – Clad, Yorkshire
Sheeting (YSIS), Stockport Roofing and Gerard Roofing on various projects:
Since the end of 1996 I have sub contracted to various companies throughout the UK and Ireland. Throughout this period I
furthered my Roofing skills, but most importantly I have enhanced thoroughly my techniques needed in management,
supervision, and training of my employees. From this, many of my past employees have established their own successful
Roofing companies.
October 1996: McIntyre Roofing
In 1996 I started my own Industrial Roofing Company, McIntyre Roofing to enable me to develop my construction,
technological, mechanical and management skills in all aspects of Roofing, employing a team of roofers and fitters.
June, 1991 – September, 1996 : Roofdec Ltd
Within this period, I worked as a self employed Sheeters mate for Roofdec Ltd. Following this period I developed my skills
in sheeting, roofing, assembly and planning to become a Fixer. As a team we worked on various contracts throughout the UK,
2. Ireland, Spain and Gibraltar where I spent this period enhancing these skills.

During this period I had travelled to the USA and worked for APEX Buildings Inc, in Florida. As part of a team we erected,
constructed and cladded buildings. Then moved north and worked for Surburban landscapes. Constructing irrigation systems
to main highways around the airport and large construction sites.
