Goals.
I would love to be a part of a company where I will be able to employ my knowledge
of safe (6G coded) welding practices along with my extensive experience in welding
different materials using an array of tools and equipment, as well as a fabricator. I am
excited about developing my leadership skills as well as working as a part of a
dynamic team. I have more than 20 years of experience.
Education.

Graduated in 1987 as a construction worker and welder.
Got several welding codes in the Netherlands for making industrial filters.
In April 2013 I got my 6G Welding code for the oil and gas industry
March 2015. Offshore Ticket (BOSIET, MIST and CA-EBS) at Petrofac Training

Working as a 6G coded welder – fabricator in there fabrication shop. Building and
welding heavy sub-sea skid-frames, with a high standard, for the oil and gas industry.
All my welds were checked with ultrasonic and acoustic methods as well as x-ray.

Working as a 6G coded welder – fabricator in there fabrication shop. Building and
welding heavy sub-sea skid-frames, with a high standard, for the oil and gas industry.
All my welds were checked with MPI and UT as well as x-ray. My biggest job here was
welding on a 55 tons anchor that sinks in the ocean bed for the attachment of a oil
pipe.

Working as a welder – fabricator on all sort of structures from technical drawings,
from start to finish. Most of the work was for the food and whiskey industry. Most of
the work was in stainless steel. Also I did do maintenance in the factory’s.

Working as a welder – fabricator on vessels and in the workshop. On the vessels I had
to remove sea fastening by gouging and weld new one on after the new containers
were put on deck so that they wouldn’t shift during the trip. All the welds were tested
with MPI and UT. I worked in Day and night shifts, 12 hours shifts. Most of the time
we worked in the rain and high winds.

Working as a 6G coded welder – fabricator in there fabrication shop. I welded and
build large frames for the oil and gas industry with a high standard. Most of the part
we made were for the oil-rigs. Sometimes the parts where so big we welded with
multiple welders at the same time. All the welds were checked with MPI and UT. I
also got my 6G welding code for stick root and flux core fill and cap.
On April the 4th 2013 I moved with my family over to Grantown on Spey
in the Highlands in Scotland, United Kingdom. April the 8th 2013 I
started working for Mackellar.

From 2001 till 2002 I worked at the mobile surveillance department. From 2002 I
start working as a Assistant Chief Security Officer at the head office of the ING in
Amsterdam. I was in charge of writing all the instructions for the security guards. I
also had the order to bring the security toa higher level. With I had done successfully

In 2007 I made the switch to the ABN AMRO in Amsterdam. In 2010 I made the
switch to the department in Alkmaar were I start working at TAQA. Where I had to
guard the onshore gas drilling. I was responsible that no-one could enter the site
without being checked.

In these years I worked for multiple company’s in the Netherlands. It where all
welding and fabricator jobs. At some company’s I welded on large industrial filters for
the oil and gas industry. All the welds were checked with X-ray. In that time I held
multiple welding certs.
From 1994 till 2006 I also was a volunteer Fire-fighter in the Netherlands.
