SELF-PACED & BLENDED LEARNING
Designed and taught professional development courses to Pratt Institute faculty on design software, video post-
production, web design, and MOODLE course design. Analyzed needs of time-pressed professionals and designed
blended curriculum based on student-centered adult learning principles. Reinforced and enhanced instructor-led
sessions by use of podcasts, video tutorials, articles, and assessments. Developed video-based interactive course

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Managed the design and implementation of ShoreTel’s Sky Division knowledge base, which currently services thirty
thousand users. Managed the design, implementation and content development of iTunes U portal for New York
Law School, which was honored by Apple as a featured site in the iTunes Music Store and has received hundreds
of thousands of subscription feed requests. Designed, managed, and populated mirroring databases of nearly one
million Native American objects for the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian in New York City and
Washington D.C.
LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
Researched and vetted open source LMS providers for The College Board for K-12 professional development.
Researched and vetted LMS providers for ShoreTel sales, technical, and end user training and Salesforce CMS
integration. Developed enterprise media strategy for ShoreTel which leverages video content for the support site,
partner portal, and Absorb LMS. Designed numerous courses in MOODLE for the professional development of
Pratt Institute faculty.

Appointed to the Smithsonian based on university teaching experience and passion for education. Managed digital
imaging team of the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian to support its collection move from New
York City to Washington D.C. and Suitland, Maryland. Produced narrative documentation of the move project for
diverse museum constituencies.
• Managed an imaging team of three full-time staff members and two contractors responsible for
imaging 800,0000 objects prior to a move from the NMAI Research Branch in the Bronx, New York, to the
NMAI Cultural Resources Center in Suitland, Maryland

managing documentation of the collection move
