4. The Master Mind
Hi, this is Damodar Venugopal, commonly
referred to as DD, founder and CEO of The Mind
Seed (TMS) with a rich corporate experience of
Finance for over 15+ years in Middle East.
However, this was not where I wanted to be. I
wanted to do something different. Something
which could change people’s life. Having faced
many adversities of life, fighting against odds, I
was determined to pursue a career in Life
Coaching and bring in that ‘CHANGE’ in them
like the way I changed by planting those positive
seeds into my mind.
The TMS concept has been designed to bring in
that desired ‘CHANGE’ by planting right seeds of
positivity in mind. To bring in a
‘TRANSFORMATION’, achieve the desired results
in pursuit of goals.
My mission is to seed in the degree of positivity
in people and make them enjoy their life and
reap the abundance of the universe.

Vani Janardhanan, shortly referred to as VJ. A Business consultant who is
specialized in HRM, Training & Development, Sales & Marketing, Customer
Relations and Business Development, a motivational speaker and life Coach.
Jyothi Prakash Nair, shortly referred to as JPK. A Marketing professional,
with a rich corporate experience of 33 years in the field of Marketing &
Admin. A spiritual Guru, now into motivational speaking and life coaching.
He is also in control of all the admin & marketing functions for The Mind
Seed.

“The Mind Seed” YOUTH WING segment Empowers the youth
to open up and experience the CHANGE; Recognizing them,
'EMPOWER’ them to create a success platform for themselves.
The Seeds of today will be well nurtured to become talented
flowers of tomorrow.
The ‘YOUTH WING’ is headed by Master Abhishek Nair and
Master Omkar Kulkarni, true motivators & leaders at their age.
They both share the same thought of positive CHANGE in the
humanity with the help of POSITIVE MIND SEED.
The Activities of our YOUTH WING involve

youth

people and the majority of people who commit suicide are
below 44 years of age.
