How to Eat an Elephant
• A successful project will almost always be judged by
it’s OUTCOME, not by all of the steps it takes to get
there, BUT it’s the steps that lead to the OUTCOME
that will determine the success of a project.
• Many times we are faced with projects that seem
overwhelming to complete, and for the most part they
are UNLESS we, as professionals, can break down a
HUGE project into several “byte sized” projects that
  we CAN complete.
• Think of Project or PJ Management like eating an
elephant. Don’t try to eat it all at once, just take one
bite at a time, on a schedule, and you CAN then eat
  that elephant!
What is CIS?

•CIS –stands for Crunchtime Information Systems, a
company that has been around locally for 3 years,
nationally, over 8 years serving Oklahoma, Kansas, and
North Texas that offer services ranging from pc
educational training via workshop, hardware & software
                          installs
•CIS foster assessments in preparing consumers for
computer endeavors that have been diagnose by DARS
and or referred though another agency that may have
some deficiency in medical and mentally needs

    endeavors.
• Take the “bull by the horn” in teaching new and
innovative ideas to the consumer-while leaving a
satisfaction and a knowing that the consumer has
    been sighted on their needs.
 We will access the need and give our
recommendation to the counselor and provisions
    are done from their
 We will research and Order the equipment based

When We Do It…When

                 love it

                                  And before it
                                  goes airborne

Editor's Notes

  1. -The reason I used PM is b/c that is what we all are, Mangers that are managing projects from start to completion
  2. -CIS –stands for Crunchtime Information Systems that is geared towards pc training education and teaching consumers that may have some of the following:-
  3. -The reason for that is to better assist the consumer/customer on what is the best equipment for their business and personal use, whether it be for school, work..ect..--We will research and Order the equipment based on consumer needs saving the company time and money…..We do it for you.-
  4. We understand the limited conditions that some consumers may have, so we have taken the extra step in making sure that every step is taken to ensure complete understanding when facing challenges like these.
  5. Unfortunately, it goes further than that. We want to consumer to fully understand the use of technology the right way. After all, this is tax payers money we using.
  6. -No better time than now. - With training course coming up, conferences scheduled, now better time than now to get on board with these new services
  7. Please Don’t Forget to Fill Out the Questionnaire..Thank you for having CIS
