- Mentoring is a process for the informal transmission of knowledge and the psychosocial support perceived by the recipient as relevant to work, career, or professional development;

A mentor can guide you, assist you and enhance your skills, not only in your career but in every step of life. And your teachers will be your mentors here who will guide you properly and support you for passing through these hurdles confidently
- Mentee is a person who is advised, trained, or counselled by a mentor. Here you dear students are the mentees in our medical college. And we are proud to say that you are here now in a very prestigious institute. You are the one who are going toe serve the society in this health care system; so it’s the need of time that you should be very sincere about your day to day activities in our college. There are main two types of feedbacks expected from you; positive and Negative.
