This document is a 21 question questionnaire given as part of a B.Ed practicum to assess attitudes towards including yoga in schools. Respondents are asked to tick yes or no boxes to questions about whether yoga should be included in school curriculums, whether it benefits students' attitudes, physical and emotional development, stress management, and academic performance. The confidential questionnaire also asks about teacher training in yoga instruction and celebration of International Yoga Day.
