Systems.
• Reduction of In-Process rejection using quality tools and productivity
improvement and identification and implementation of cost saving measures .
• Taking Preventive and Corrective action to control any deviation .
• Root cause of analysis of defects while developing and improving the
process to prevent any reoccurrences and defective issues .
• Corrective and Preventive action (CAPA) in time for process deviation ,
Internal rejection and customer complaints .
• Inspection and test to insure adherence to technical specification and
quality standards and reduce rejection
 Job Description: My job is more focused on Incoming Fabric Ballistic, Non Ballistic & other
Raw material which are use for the production of Ballistic protection production as jacket ,SAP,
HAP, Helmet ,Demining Suite, Shield, Panel, Bomb Blanket Inspection as per standard ( IS ,ISO,
BS , ASTM) . In process Inspection , Final Inspection as per technical details. As extra
responsibility I am managing and supervising production team. For Quality Control Up to Final
stage for product and also responsibility Incoming all types of ballistic Raw material
ballistic testing as per supplier’s test protocol .
Testing of Textile Material:- Testing of Fabric (Ballistic, Non Ballistic),
Niwar, Velcro, Threads & Product
• Breaking Strength (Warp / Weft), Tear strength
• GSM, Color Fastness to Washing as Per IS.
• Ends /Picks, Denier ,Tex, Coating Percentage, Nature of Material, Thickness, Weave
• Fire resistant, Waterproof ness , Moisture Content
 Testing of Plastic Material as per IS :-
• Nature of Material, Breaking Load, Dimension.
 Testing of chemical as per IS :-
• Resin Testing as per BIS: Solid content, Cure Cycle , Drying Time , Clarity
