Detroit Restaurant
General Summary:
A local Jazz restaurant is hiring a cashier to work 25-40 hours a week. Wages are $7.65 per hour plus tips. This
is a background-friendly employer (honesty is required).
Responsibilities:
• Be proactive in counting money before a shift begins so that there is no miscalculation at the end
of the shift.
• Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant.
• Accept customer payments and inform customers about modes of payment available at the
restaurant, including cash, check, credit card and debit card.
Qualifications:
• Age: 18 and up
• Experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic.
