2. Executive Assistant to President: Responsible for management and design of websites, did all art
work and graphics for advertising for 15 cemeteries in 4 states, procurement of building permits,
scheduling meetings, minutes for Board of Trustee meetings, landscape design for all cemeteries,
and attended monthly State Cemetery Board Meetings.

Staff Underwriter: FGMC was a non conforming wholesale lender licensed in 48 states. My
responsibilities were to review loans, perform risk analysis and approve for most 2-4 family
investor purchases.
AIG UNITED GUARANTY MORTGAGE-

Contract Underwriter: As a staff underwriter for AIG United Guaranty I was delegated to
underwrite and approve loans for some the nation's largest lenders ie: Chase Home Mortgage and
Countrywide. I was responsible for remaining up to date on the guidelines and practices of more
than 50 different lenders.
CONSUMERS MORTGAGE CORPORATION-
2004-2005
Underwriting Operations Manager: Responsible for underwriting all loans originated and
management of processing and office staff. Training new product guidelines to sales and
processing.

Underwriting Operations Manager: Began as an onsite Customer Service Representative (Loan
Originator) at Century 21 for the company. I would pre-qualify buyers and follow the loan
through closing. I moved into the position of company underwriter after a year of sales.
Eventually I became Underwriter/Operations Manager as the company grew. I was responsible
for training new staff, signing new lenders hiring and firing. I put into place all operational
procedures for company.

Director of Underwriting: I was responsible for all underwriting packaging and shipping of loans
to investors for outside review for the largest mortgage broker in New York. I reported directly to
Melissa Cohen owner of Manhattan Mortgage and consistently the highest producing loan
originator in the country.
