MichaelWinston has a background in both Real Estate and Finance. He has worked over the
years with a goal of helping people improve their financial situation and make wise decisions.
Going thru the ups and downs on the economy has given him a unique perspective and helped
shape his views.
He has been a partner in Arcstone Financial since 2004.
Sr.Vice President
Mardi Kari has been in the lending industry since 1994 starting in the credit unions and moving
to fortune 500 mortgage companies. Since 2001 he has been a principal of various mortgage
companies and since 2004 has been a partner of ArcStone Financial. He has a very conservative
approach on lending and ensures his values are instilled within the organization.
His vision is to achieve efficiencies through technological and knowledgeable leadership
throughout the management group.
