Мета уроку:
 Розвивати навики аудіювання, говоріння та читання;
 Виховувати в учнів інтерес до вивчення англійської мови, формувати
культуру читання, любов дітей до книг;
 Розвивати уявлення, логічне мислення.
Обладнання:роздатковийматеріал, плакат з деревом, проектор.
Хід урока:
I. Привітання. Організаційний момент. Повідомлення теми.
T: Today we are going to speak about one of the most wonderful things in the
world. Well, try to guess what it is!
T: Look on the blackboard and read the rhyme please
It has no mouth but speaks.
It is not a tree but it has leaves.
It is not alive but it can be a good friend
… right! It is a book(слайд 1)

T: Now look at the blackboard and repeat the words. (слайд 3)
III. Рoбота з лексикою.
T: A wise man said, “Life without books is as a tree without leaves”. By the end of
the lesson we’ll try to grow our “booktree” and put on clothes on it. (На дошці
малюнок дерева, але без листочків. У кінці уроку діти приклеюють листя, на

T: And now think and say why the bookis important in our life. (слайд 5)
