To
Whom
It
May
Concern:
It
gives
me
a
great
deal
of
pleasure
to
provide
this
letter
of
recommendation
for
Crystal
Stevenson.
As
a
family
friend
for
many
years,
I
have
watched
Crystal
grow
from
a
committed
high
school
and
college
student,
to
an
eager
member
of
the
workforce,
and
in
more
recent
years,
to
a
dedicated
wife
and
mother.
I
feel
that
I
am
very
qualified
to
offer
some
comments
and
insight
about
her.
While
I
have
seen
many
young
people
approach
their
college
years
with
the
idea
that
they
would
only
put
in
enough
effort
to
pass
their
classes
and
graduate
into
the
“real
world,”
Crystal
approached
her
education
with
the
idea
that
the
more
she
put
into
it,
the
more
she
would
get
out
of
it.
She
always
put
forth
her
best
effort,
and
she
was
rewarded
with
true
knowledge,
applicable
skills,
and
academic
success.
When
Crystal
found
employment,
she
applied
the
same
effort
and
dedication
to
her
job.
She
possesses
a
high
degree
of
responsibility
and
a
strong
work
ethic
that
is
often
lacking
in
people
of
her
generation,
and
I
feel
that
this
sets
her
apart
from
others
in
that
regard.
I
have
seen
many
examples
of
her
initiative,
as
she
is
quick
to
see
what
needs
to
be
done
before
being
asked
to
do
it.
Equally
as
important
as
her
work
ethic,
are
her
personal
characteristics.
She
is
patient,
compassionate,
and
calm
under
pressure.
Crystal
suffered
a
tremendous
loss
when
her
mother
quickly
succumbed
to
a
brain
tumor
five
years
ago.
While
it
is
always
difficult
to
lose
a
loved
one,
Crystal
experienced
this
loss
just
as
she
was
becoming
a
mother
herself,
a
time
when
a
young
woman
needs
her
mother
the
most.
She
handled
a
sad
and
difficult
situation
with
a
great
deal
of
grace
and
was
a
source
of
strength
for
her
siblings
and
family.
She
is
an
excellent
mother
to
her
children
and
it
is
beautiful
to
see
her
pass
on
the
values
that
were
instilled
in
her.
I
have
no
doubt
that
Crystal
will
continue
to
apply
her
knowledge,
skills,
and
characteristics
to
any
position
that
she
takes
on.
I
believe
that
she
would
be
an
asset
to
any
company
or
employer,
and
I
strongly
recommend
her
to
you.
Sincerely,
Paula
