volunteer for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Sydney, Australia. ln and since that
experience, I have come to recognize that Matilda is young woman with exceptional talent and gifts.
I don't know exactly what the specific purpose of this letter will eventually serve in terms of educational
or employment opportunities, but whether it is one or the other, Matilda is above all a loyal friend to
those with whom she associates and would be and asset in any work or educational setting. She has
quick wit and wonderful sense of humor which brightened every environment she was in.
She is a highly motivated young woman and has demonstrated her ability to learn, having earned a 3.43
GPA and having exhibited ability with languages; speaking Cantonese, Mandarin and English with
proficiency.
Matilda was reliable. She managed the volunteer work in 4 different areas of Sydney and excelled in the
work in all areas. She is trustworthy, very organized, and displayed wonderful initiative in her
assignments, never once waiting to be told what to do. She rolled up her sleeves and always got to
work.
I have been and employer for more than 20 years in the mortgage banking field. I currently employ 40
people. I would certainly be pleased if a job were available here, to offer employment to Matilda. I
have L00% confidence in her ability to learn a task and then complete it with accuracy and diligence. I
worked with some 600 young people while in Sydney over the course of 3 years there and I would
certainly place Matilda among my best. I recommend her to you without equivocation.
