Basic rules and norms focused on effective communication, group

Group consistently worked well together and experienced little

exhibited strong leadership qualities, but were also capable of
taking direction

Team quickly resolved problems, utilized frequent text messaging, and
never missed weekly meetings

communications facilitated our ability to work together as a group.
A critical area in this stage for our group was providing honest
feedback on course deliverables.
Team utilized interpersonal and survey feedback to assess our
progress and make improvements
Became more comfortable with asking instructor for detailed
guidance

Effective communications, continuous positive interactions, and
focus on overall goals, our team reached the “Performing”
stage swiftly
Group creativity, open feedback, friendly chats, and success
completing deliverables boosted team morale
Free expression and sharing the load helped us to perform,
and course grades were evidence of positive team
development
