The document discusses how automation is disrupting the future of work and how companies can gain a competitive advantage by adopting an "automation first" mindset. It notes that while many roles will be affected, the vast majority will see less than a third of tasks automated. This allows humans and robots to work together productively. An automation first approach can boost productivity, job satisfaction, and workforce growth. Robotic process automation uses software robots to perform repetitive tasks, freeing up humans for more creative work. The UiPath platform provides end-to-end automation capabilities to plan, build, manage, run, engage with, and measure automation across functions and industries.

This means that most workers—

PROCESS
CHALLENGE
The company has to produce a monthly report that includes information related to employees’
social security and compensation. This report must be completed for 29 different subsidiaries,
which leads to many inefficiencies, manual efforts, and errors. Four employees were needed to
meet deadlines and avoid costly fines.
Compliance reporting
SOLUTION
A UiPath Robot successfully automated the entire process. The
Robot accesses a list of credentials to log into each of the 29
different systems, extracts the right employee data, and compiles
the report. The company has achieved significant time savings of
100-200 hours per year just for this automation.
RESULTS
• More than 220 critical
business processes automated
• 55,000+ hours saved
• 84 successful automations
completed in first 12 months
