USE CASE
A time-consuming manual process as part of
Drug Discovery and Development was
automated using UiPath.
The process involves creating a new Change
Application (CA) using data from Email and
SAP and forward it to assessor.

TECHNICAL SOLUTION
We applied a technical solution using
RPA to check key data received via
email, retrieve CMC data from SAP,
create a CA in CatWeb and send an e-
mail to assessor, if an assessment is
needed. Otherwise the Bot notifies the
Regulatory Affairs & Change
Management Department (RA CM).
