1) The document examines the relationship between organizational agility and job satisfaction among staff at the central basement of Iran's Social Insurance Fund. 2) It finds a significant relationship between organizational agility and its components of responsiveness, competence, flexibility, and quickness and levels of job satisfaction among staff. 3) The study uses a survey of 284 staff members selected through cluster sampling to analyze the relationship using descriptive and inferential statistics.

Examining the Relationship between Organizational Agility
and the Staff Job Satisfaction in Central Basement of Social
Insurance Fund

Abstract
Agility refers to reaction ability toward unpredicted activities. Organizational agility has
been introduced as one of the factors determining job satisfaction recently. The
present study aims at examining the relationship between organizational agility and the
staff job satisfaction in central basement of social insurance fund. This is a descriptive
and correlational study which has been done as a survey. Statistical population
consists of 1034 staff of central basement of social insurance fund in 2011. Sampling
has been regular cluster, 284 people has been selected as the sample of the research.
To analyse data, descriptive and inferential statistics has been used, and the
instrument has been the questionnaire of organizational agility and job satisfaction.
The findings show that there is a significant relationship between organizational agility
and its sub-components such as responsiveness, competence, flexibility, and
quickness and job satisfaction.
