managed?
In today’s world humans die from suicide every 40 seconds. (2018)
123 Americans die from suicide every day.
(2010) Nearly one half (50%) of disease related illnesses in Americans age
18-24 resulted from mental illnesses.
(2010) More than one-third of college students stated that they were so
depressed they had trouble functioning as students.

Stress is a reaction that you feel in response to pressures in your life.
Parents, when your caregivers/guardians refuse to accept you as an adult.
Conflicts, when someone misunderstands what you will tolerate.
Work, when your supervisor believes that your methods are inefficient.
School, when your instructor/professor is being unreasonable.
The opinion of others, people have inaccurate view of who you are as a
person.
