2. DEC 2011 – JUN 2012 Cable Lineman and Groundhand Vision Telecommunications
Quickly adapted to complex procedures involved with cable construction.
Tirelessly worked multiple 14 plus hour days to help restore cable to Cumberland,
Maryland during big winter and spring storms.
NOV 2011 - JAN 2010 Assistant Maintenance Manager and Crewchief A co. TF 6-6 Air Cavalry
Implementation of maintenance scheduling that directly led to an 85 percent UH-60
operational readiness rate. 10 percent greater than company’s desired goal.
Ensured the 100 percent fully mission capable delivery of seven UH-60 Blackhawks to 3
different command teams while deployed to Operation Enduring Freedom in
Afghanistan
Managed the inspection and repair teams tasked with the replacement of 7
transmission oil coolers on 7 UH-60 Helicopters while maintaining a 5 minimum aircraft
mission set.
Acted as Assistant Manager and developed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
plans for 10 UH-60 Blackhawks over 12 months while deployed to Operation Enduring
Freedom in Afghanistan
DEC 2009 – JUL 2008 UH-60 PHASE Team Manager B co. 277th Aviation Support Battalion
Completed Warriors Leaders Course: A leadership developmental course that teaches
techniques of leading and motivating individuals personally and professionally.
Managed 10 subordinates that completed over 300 work orders ranging from engine
rotary input controls to full flight control riggings.
Worked as a phase team leader on 15 UH-60 Blackhawk phases, completed on or ahead
of schedule, while deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom
Trained and developed 9 direct subordinates, with differing occupational backgrounds,
to complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on UH-60 Blackhawks.
