17 aircraft training of foreign & domestic military aircrews. Actively manages
flight simulator training operations, maintenance, and hardware/software
configuration updates.
Introduced into service a complete training center including government
acceptance of a Level D flight simulator.

Project Management Specialist & Customer Training Specialist
Key member of C-17 Integrated Product Team involved in marketing,
delivering, and supporting of C-17 aircraft to international military customers.
Developed comprehensive written safety argument document relating training
system contribution to overall aircraft system safety.
Authored three training systems proposals in support of business
development.
Led a training needs analysis project for the United Kingdom Royal Air Force
and their introduction into service of a new aircraft. Functioned as training
specialist on proposal development for RAF in IPT environment.

As SME working closely with design engineers, designed comprehensive
