Worked in Western North Dakota and Montana under extreme weather conditions and high demand for
completion. Involved start to finish on 10 buildings, which were mostly 3-story multi-family dwellings in
addition to pre-cast tilt up concrete for underground parking on a 148 unit complex. During that period I was
able to manage the completion of 3 buildings solo. I did two 33-unit buildings with detached garages in Sidney,
MT. I also completed one 35-unit building in Minot, ND, for the Minot Housing Authority, Beyond Shelter INC,
and EAPC. This project was under heavy goverment scrutiny to meet standards and schedules, and we beat our
deadline by 2 months.
