SUMMARY:
His strengths in the building industry which sets him apart include: his experience in all aspects of primarily vertical
construction; his estimation packages that he has developed; and, his Spanish as a second language. He began in the
building industry over 30 years ago and with dedicated focus and hard work he moved from superintendent, to project
manager, estimator, consultant and finally to general contractor and small business owner.
He has excellent conceptual/high level estimating capability. He has written several programs for estimating job costs on
the computer which are invaluable in securing bids with customers, accurately charging for change orders, and keeping a
project on budget and scheduled. This experience has given him the knowledge of value-engineering, and cost

unified global datacenters; managing the demand planning and capacity utilization of the unified infrastructure; and

with cost estimating and processing of permits for the phased development of two mid-rise mixed-use buildings

development in Kent, WA and 125 units of a $21M mixed-use development in Seattle, WA. On behalf of Goodman
Read Real Estate I also started design work with Clark Design Group, and engineering team for a seven-story podium
mixed-use building in downtown Seattle valued at $32 Million and a 40 unit mixed-use podium style building in
downtown Seattle valued at $19 Million.

constructed company estimating to make it more efficient and effective. Estimated seven mix use multifamily

Project Manager “Western Avenue high rise”: 31 story high rise with five floors below grade parking in one floor of
retail total cost of project was $81 million.

responsible for the construction of four (4) podium type post tension four story buildings with underground parking
apartment complex and one recreational building, including a bridge on a difficult construction site. $18.9 Million.

project and negotiation with sub-trades vendors and suppliers. Reschedule project for completion of the
construction of a $1 million two-story office building Kirkland Washington. As well as to complete the tenant

responsible for constructing and developing 510 units multifamily garden style apartment complex in Issaquah,
Washington. Additional responsibilities included purchasing, negotiation with subs and vendors, prepare cost
reports and construction schedule, reporting of daily progress and supervise all subs and employees on-site. $22.5
Million.
