July 2013 to June 2015: Woodgroup Pac / BHP Billiton
. Construction representative SPA, PIC, Scheduling crews to build new well pads, new Facility
hook ups, hooking up gas lift systems on producing wells. Keeping up with
Rig moves to schedule clean-up afterwards, obtaining 911 addresses and having
signs made to put on Entrances of the location pads
2011 to July 2013: Carrizo Oil & Gas
. Construction foreman for new tank batteries & facility’

From July 2006 to September 2008 worked out of the Minden LA. Office, 2008 to
2011 worked out of the Aguileras TX, office
Project Lead managing everything, from crews, equipment, laying Fiberspar pipe for
flow lines, repairing coal tar coated pipe lines, 3” poly lines, building new facilities and
repairing old facilities, in a safe manner.
Helped gaugers bring on wells, start up new location facilities.
Safety Leader performing safe work environments and dealing with lock out tag outs.
Successfully responsible for building several new facilities, Booster compression facilities
and repairing numerous existing facilities, in the last few years, without lost time
incidents.
In 2009 they transferred me to Montana to help out with the change of MOC’s and work
orders, and then transferred me back to south TX. In the Eagle Ford, March 2010.

2005 to 2006: Producers Assistance Corp. / EOG Resources
Facilities/ Construction/ Production Foreman managing lead on everything from Well
head to sales line installations, to facility upgrade projects.
Responsible for numerous contractors simultaneously including cost control reporting
and looking for optimization opportunities.
Successfully responsible for connecting 21 new wells with production facilities in a
seamless fashion over the last three years, without environmental or lost time incidents.
EOG had me switch contractors from Hanover to PAC.
