Data Center Site Lead Oct 13 – Present
· Generates reports tracking team metrics to ensure all team members are meeting or exceeding
key performance indicators pertaining to data center operations.
· Selected as a large scale event (LSE) response trainer tasked with both conducting realistic LSE
response training scenarios and evaluating competency levels for all technicians in the
availability zone.

progression where necessary and creating new documentation on hardware troubleshooting to
assist integration of new team members to the Data Center environment.
· Successfully coached a recently transferred technician on methods for improving workplace

months, the weighted average of the technicians work performance placed the technician 27 out
of 144.

candidates on core concepts, components, and duties related to the data center build

· Achieved a Data Center cluster first of zero trouble tickets during Q4 rush 2012 and again in Q2
and Q3 of 2013.

and documents for Hardware repair workflows, ticket communication, ticket etiquette, ticket
tagging standardization, and the data tech on-boarding document.
