• Provide on-site support for training events, as required:
	 Greet instructors, visitors, and attendees
	 Distribute training materials, as appropriate
	 Track attendance during training events and send to Learning Administration
	Provide logistical assistance to instructors / participants during live sessions and resolve /
escalate any logistical / technical issues, as appropriate
