Performs mid to senior level, highly complex cost analyses in support of various programs and management decisions, including: the
preparation and collection of data for program normalization, the cost and program analysis for the execution of zero based reviews,
change management support, the cradle to crave development of agency cost positions (ACPs), and the reconciliation of cost data to

Key experiences:
Lead cost estimator for the space hardware component of a signals intelligent satellite. Utilizes parametric cost estimating
relationships and risk to develop high and low scenarios for all costs associated with the space hardware aspect o f the satellite. The
estimate will influence Congressional budget through the future year defense program(FYDP).
Responsible for the reconciliation of multiple funding sources within the NRO to establish a cohesive understanding of the le vel at
which programs should be funded. Establishing a new format for all costs to be reported which will inform the FY17 budget build
for the Agency and impact reductions for the Budget Control Act (BCA).
Conducts ad hoc studies for various space programs to generate normalized workbooks for programs, cost estimating relationships,
and various metrics to be used in future cost estimates.
Provided economic analysis, program analysis, and cost estimation support for multiple organizations to provide zero based re views
(ZBRs). Within the ZBR effort, in-depth reviews of program, financial, and policy data were conducted to streamline business
processes and save millions of dollars for organizations being analyzed. Ms. Boyadjis was given an award by her Client for the
outstanding success of the ZBR effort.
Normalized contract data for multiple programs to prepare for analysis. Developed new methodologies to better estimate systems
engineering/integration and test/programmanagement (SEITPM) for the use in cost models estimating satellite systems.
Team lead for the Assessment of the risk of schedule slips and cost overruns for highly prioritized programs to inform decision
makers to better project the life of a program.
Participated in multiple sections of the proposal process. Led the past performance qualifications section for a substantial IDIQ
contract, led the resume section for many proposal efforts, contributed to technical volumes on various proposals, and participated
in the capture phase of proposals. Developed white papers for Booz Allen internal use, such as analysis of alternatives for standard
operating procedures, and external competitive analysis. Mentors junior staff.
