Current/active secret security clearance

Qualifications:
Able to employ more than 10 years of practical project management principles to manage diverse
and complex projects. I enjoy initiating projects; project stakeholder initiation, analyzing
available project data, research and determine resources required to complete the project. I
manage my projects by engaging stakeholders to define project resources, including: cost,
schedule and performance criteria that align project stakeholder requirements with project
objectives.
During the monitoring and controlling phase of my projects I develop control points, typically
cost and schedule performance and present project status to cross-functional organizations,
senior management and project stakeholders. I develop project controls that include schedule,
budget allocation and other project controls. When necessary I facilitate decision making in a
collaboration environment with subject matter experts and others with experience in the issue to
resolve and develop a more effective approach to meeting project objectives.
Project management requires flexibility to adopt, or change project scope with changing
stakeholder requirements. I maintain project files that enable configuration control (change
management), that enables analysis of project parameters to ensure scope growth is approved by
stakeholder involvement. Once project scope is formally approved I realign project resources,
including cost, schedule and resources are available to adjust to new project parameters.
Based on stakeholder inputs and normal project progressing I report progress at the business
unit/functional level, briefing cost, performance and schedule performance.
I coordinate resource allocation with project stakeholders and I work with project managers and
business unit leaders to identify opportunities that have inter and intra project implications,
sharing lessons learned with other programs.
