McLaren Port Huron Hospital, Port Huron Michigan (Directly handle
patients demographics and insurance information in ER and MRI)
 Various duties relating to patients in a medical setting;
demographic, insurance and personal information inputted into
hospital data base. All office duties required.
01/05 to Present DIRECT CARE STAFF
Innovative Housing, Port Huron, Michigan (A group home with 6
residential consumers with both physical and mental limitations).
 Completed all necessary test and certifications to receive my
Direct Care Staff recognition.
