LGC’S CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SCHEDULE-GANTT CHART
LGC’S CONSTRUCTION SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT
It is the policy of Lewis General Contractors (LGC) to provide its employees, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, as well as our clients with safe and healthy job
sites that are free from existing and potential hazards that can or will cause minor, serious or fatal physical and/or mental harm. LGC is also committed to comply
with all applicable OSHA standards and regulations. In efforts to make this attainable all must work together to make job sites safe. LGC feels strongly confident
that we will receive your full cooperation and support in all safety practices.
• Sign-off by the safety engineer of LGC on attendance of a required ‘Safety Orientation Lecture
and Video’ to include provided written safety materials and documentation for all
subcontractors and their employees that are expected to provide work onsite
• Minimum of at least 10-hour OSHA safety training certification for all subcontractors and their
employees that are expected to provide work onsite.
• All subcontractors and their employees must participate in regularly scheduled job site safety
meetings with the safety engineer and construction manager as well as, on the job safety
training with supervisors.
• All subcontractors are to provide a current and to date emergency contact list to include a
direct supervisor, a competent person, and any other persons deemed necessary by the
subcontractor.
• A ‘Job Safety Analysis’-JSA is to be provided by all subcontractors that covers each task specific
to work per the contract. It must include detailed steps, existing & potential hazards, &
controls to mitigate them.
• All subcontractors are required to provide their employees with ‘Personal Protection
Equipment’-PPE and that they are trained in the use of it and of what is required per OSHA PPE
standards specific to the work hazard.
• A ‘Materials Safety Data Sheet’-MSDS outlined in a written safety manual must be provided by
all subcontractors for supplies, chemicals, and materials used to perform the work and as
specified per the contract documents that are specific to the work.

LGC’S CONSTRUCTION SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT It is the policy of Lewis General Contractors (LGC) to provide its employees, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, as well as our clients with safe and healthy job sites that are free from existing and potential hazards that can or will cause minor, serious or fatal physical and/or mental harm. LGC is also committed to comply with all applicable OSHA standards and regulations. In efforts to make this attainable all must work together to make job sites safe. LGC feels strongly confident that we will receive your full cooperation and support in all safety practices. • Sign-off by the safety engineer of LGC on attendance of a required ‘Safety Orientation Lecture and Video’ to include provided written safety materials and documentation for all subcontractors and their employees that are expected to provide work onsite • Minimum of at least 10-hour OSHA safety training certification for all subcontractors and their employees that are expected to provide work onsite. • All subcontractors and their employees must participate in regularly scheduled job site safety meetings with the safety engineer and construction manager as well as, on the job safety training with supervisors. • All subcontractors are to provide a current and to date emergency contact list to include a direct supervisor, a competent person, and any other persons deemed necessary by the subcontractor. • A ‘Job Safety Analysis’-JSA is to be provided by all subcontractors that covers each task specific to work per the contract. It must include detailed steps, existing & potential hazards, & controls to mitigate them. • All subcontractors are required to provide their employees with ‘Personal Protection Equipment’-PPE and that they are trained in the use of it and of what is required per OSHA PPE standards specific to the work hazard. • A ‘Materials Safety Data Sheet’-MSDS outlined in a written safety manual must be provided by all subcontractors for supplies, chemicals, and materials used to perform the work and as specified per the contract documents that are specific to the work.
