· DurangoMotor Company Ford and Lincoln Service Advisor: able to perform maintenance checks with customer’s
vehicles and provide expedited and efficient maintenance quotes; ensured minimaldowntime of vehicles with the Ford
and Lincoln service technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.
· U.S. Army Staff Sergeant: because of impeccable leadership skills, I was selected as a director for maintenance programs
for both fixed wing aircraft and rotary wing aircraft companies within the U.S. Army within the United States and
abroad; was selected as the administrative director of a fixed wing aircraft company at Fort Hood, TX.
· U.S. Army Sergeant; planned a one-week duration training exercise for 500 employees for pre-deployment operational
readiness; worked with several different companies across a 50 square mile area in order to ensure logistic and training
support.
