founded in 1983 and known for its subwoofer performance for audio and home theatre applications.

Managed purchasing, production control, shipping, receiving and stockroom and the order entry department. Sierra Instruments
manufactures high performance mass flow meters and mass flow controllers for any gas, liquid or steam application.
Managed the procurement process with 3 buyers in support of several different product lines. Items procured, machined
components, sheet metal, electronic components and coordinating all outside services, such as plating, painting, etc.,
Oversaw the purchasing team in weekly meeting to review all shortage reports for each product line. The US office
location procured material for all of the Sierra locations, The Netherlands, Sierra Asia Pacific in Shanghai, and United
Kingdom.
Managed the stockroom on the manufacturing floor. Worked with Inventory Supervisor on implementing the cycle
counting procedure and submitting a monthly graph to management along with work order kitting process.
Worked closely with the Manufacturing Manager to ensure all product was being completed in each work station and
sent to inspection and ultimately to the Shipping Department for shipment preparation, packaging and product in transit.
